膦基多元羧酸对纯棉织物防皱整理 被引量:1

摘要 考察了3种膦基多元羧酸———膦基丁烷1,2,4三羧酸(PBTCA)、膦基聚马来酸酐(PPMA)和膦酸化水解聚马来酸酐(PHPMA)对纯棉织物防皱整理的工艺条件,分析了整理液的浓度、催化剂的种类和浓度、添加剂的种类和浓度、焙烘温度与时间等对整理效果的影响。结果表明,3种膦基多元羧酸对纯棉织物防皱整理均能获得理想效果,其中PBTCA整理后的综合效果最好。在整理剂中加入三乙醇胺可明显提高织物的交联程度、强力和织物的白度。 The crease-proof finishing of cotton fabrics with phosphino polycarboxylic acids such as phosphino butanetetra carboxylic acid ( PBTCA), phosphino polymaleic acid ( PPMA), and phosphonanted hydrolytic polymaleic anhydride(PHPMA) were investigated. The effects of concentration of finishes, the type and concentration of catalysts and additives, curing temperature and duration on the characteristics of cotton fabrics were discussed. The results show that the three kinds of phosphino polycarboxylic acids above have rendered cotton fabrics good crease-proofing property, of them, PBTCA is the best. And addition of triethyl amine to the finishing agent can improve the extent of crosslinking, strength, and whiteness of cotton fabrics.
