The UN reform has been animportant international subject in recent years. In the first half of April this year,the UN General Assembly helddebates on the report submitted by the UN Secretary General Kofi Annan. The author of this article makes asummary and analysis on some main points in the debates in relation to what kind of international order shouldbe established. Here we publish his views and give the readers an insight into some trends of the UN reform.
