This article is the text of a speech made by the author at the roundtablemeeting of the Boao Asian Forum. From the perspective of the world history,the author compared the peacefulrise of Asia with that of the European countries and the US in those previous years in economic,political condi-tions and scientific and cultural environments,expounding on the inevitability and possibility of Asia's peacefulrise and its positive impact on international community.
