摘要
目的:对蒙椴树叶的化学成分进行研究。方法:通过使用乙醇溶液对蒙椴(T.mongolica Maxim.)树叶进行连续提取,利用柱层析、薄层层析、重结晶等分析提纯技术对提取物进行分离。结果:分离鉴定了3个化合物分别为β-香树脂醇乙酸酯(β-amyrin acetate)、β-香树脂醇(β-amyrin)和β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)。同时利用 GC-MS 对分离所得蜡状成分进行分析,确定该混合物所含烃的种类为十五到三十六碳的14种烷烃和贝壳杉-16-烯。结论:本实验方法可靠,可用于蒙椴树叶化学成分的研究。
Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents of Tilia mongolica leaves. Method:By extracting the leaves of Tilia mongolica with ethanol, the constituents were seperated by utilizing column chromatograph, TLC, recrystallization techniques. Results: Three compounds were identified as β- amyrin acetate, β- amyrin, β- sitoost- erol. Then the wax constituents were analyzed by GC - MS. They are series of alkane and kaur - 16 -ene. Conclusion:The method is reliable, stabilize and can be applied to research the Tilia mongolica.
