摘要
目的:测定复方磺胺甲(口恶)唑片中磺胺甲(口恶)唑(SMZ)和甲氧苄氨嘧啶(TMP)的含量。方法:选用展开剂为氯仿-甲醇(9:1),双波长薄层反射锯齿扫描,线性参数:SX=7,狭缝:0.4 mm×0.4 mm,灵敏度:X1,扫描速度为12 mm·min^(-1),测定波长:SMZ λ_s=271nm,λ_R=335nm;TMPλ_s=275nm,λ_R=325nm。结果:SMZ 与 TMP 的含量线性范围分别是2.00~10.00μg(r=0.9995)和0.40~2.00μg(r=0.9996),平均加样回收率分别为99.2%,RSD 为0.46%和99.6%,RSD 为0.80%。结论:本测定法简便、快速、准确、重现性好,可作为复方磺胺甲(口恶)唑片中 SMZ 和 TMP 的含量测定方法。
Objective:To establish a method using dual wavelength TLC -scanning for the determination of sulfamethoxazole (SMZ) and trimethoprim (TMP) in compound sulfamethoxazole tablets. Method: Developer of selection was chloroform- methanol(9:1 ) ,wavelength of the SMZ was λR =271 nm,λR =335 nm;wavelength of the TMP was λR = 275 nm,λR =325 nm. The determination were carried out with the reflection zigzag scanning,SX =7 ,slit =0. 4 mm × 0. 4 mm,sensitivity:X1 ,scan speed: 12 mm × min^-1. Result:The linear ranges of SMZ and TMP were 2. 00 - 10. 00μg (r =0. 9995) and 0. 40 -2. 00μg(r =0. 9996) respectively,the average recovery rates(n =6)of SMZ and TMP were 99. 2% ( RSD = 0. 46% ) and 99. 6% ( RSD = 0. 80% ) respectively. Conclution: The method was proved to be simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible.
