HPLC Determination of bisoprolol fumarate and hydrochlorothiazide of Bisoprolol fumarate in Hydrochlorothiazide Fumarate Tablets

目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定富马酸比索洛尔氢氯噻嗪片中富马酸比索洛尔和氢氯噻嗪的含量。方法:以 C_(18)为色谱柱(5μm,4.6 mm×150mm),以磷酸盐缓冲溶液一乙腈(75:25)为流动相,柱温为40℃,检测波长为220 nm。结果:富马酸比索洛尔线性范围为25-300μg·mL^(-1),(r=0.9998),氢氯噻嗪线性范围为50-200μg·mL^(-1),(r=0.9965)。结论:方法简便,结果准确,适用于该产品的质量控制。

Objective：To establish a HPLC method for determination of Bisoprolol fumarate and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets. Method：Using a C18 column（5μm,4.6mm×150mm） , the mobile phase consisted of phosphate buffer - acetonitrile （75： 25 ）, the detection was carried out at 220 nm. Results： The calibration curves for Bisoprolol fumarate were linear between 25 and 300μg·mL^-1, （ r = 0. 9998 ） , The calibration curves for Hydrochlorothiazide were linear between 50 - 200μg·mL^-1, （ r = 0. 9965 ） o Conclusion ： This method is convenient and accurate.
