摘要 根据交联聚乙烯(PE)电缆用基础树脂的要求,确定了产品的技术指标及生产工艺,开发了交联PE电缆用树脂QLT 17.与国内外同类树脂相比,QLT 17具有优良的物理性能和加工性能,拉伸强度为13.8 MPa,断裂伸长率为653%,介电常数(50 Hz)为2.2.其关键指标杂质含量符合电力电缆绝缘料使用要求:0.12~0.25 mm的杂质为5个/kg,大于0.26 mm的杂质为0.推广应用表明,QLT 17是一种性能优异的交联PE电缆用基础树脂. Base on the requirements of cross-linked polyethylene (PE) as basic resin for power cable, the technical specification and production process of the PE resin were determined and the cross-linked PE speciality resin, denoted as QLT 17, for power cable was developed. Compared with its domestic and overseas counterparts, QLT 17 possessed superior processability and physical properties, such as tensile strength of 13.8 MPa, elongation rate 653% and dielectric constant 2.2 at 50 Hz. The impurity content contained in QLT 17, as one of the key indexes, accorded with the demand of insulating material for power cable; the impurities in size of 0.12 - 0.25 mm were 5, the impurity in size over 0.26 mm was none. The application of the PE speciality resin indicates that QLT 17 is a kind of basic resin with excellent performance suitable for power cable.
