摘要
我国滑坡灾害分布广泛且发生频繁,提高滑坡灾害动态监测技术的水平对于防灾减灾具有重要的意义。由于常规监测手段落后,须耗费大量的人力,并且难以及时取得滑坡体临滑前期的先兆信息,往往难以达到预警的效果。“3S”技术作为一项快速、经济的新技术,在大面积的滑坡灾害动态监测研究方面表现出巨大的应用潜力。分析了应用“3S”技术进行滑坡灾害动态监测的基本思路及若干关键技术问题。
There exist a lot of landslides in China, so it's very important for us to improve the technology of landslide monitoring to prevent and reduce the loss caused by the landslides. The traditional monitoring methods need much manpower and couldn't obtain necessary information before sliding. As a new and economic technology, 3S technology(RS,GIS and GPS) has huge potential in landslide monitoring in a large region. This paper discusses the basic principle and several important technologies.
