银耳碱提多糖抗氧化活性的研究 被引量:23

摘要 目的对从银耳孢子发酵物中用碱液提取得到的4个多糖组份的抗氧化活性进行研究。方法采用清除羟基自由基实验、清除超氧阴离子自由基实验、抗H2O2诱导的红细胞氧化溶血实验考察4个多糖组份的抗氧化活性。结果在H2O2引起的红细胞溶血试验中,以蒸馏水溶血率为100%,TFFB-A、TFFB-B、TFFB-C、TFFB-D溶血率分别为21.4%、31.2%、28.5%、25.6%;在对超氧阴离子自由基(O2.)的清除作用实验中,TFFB-A、TFFB-B、TFFB-C、TFFB-D最大清除率分别为21.4%、28.4%、36.6%、53.0%;在清除羟基自由基实验中,TFFB-A、TFFB-B、TFFB-C、TFFB-D的EC50分别为233.6mg/L、603mg/L、191mg/L、195mg/L。结论4个多糖组分均具有一定的清除.OH、O2.和抑制红细胞溶血的活性。 Object: To study antioxidant effect of gradient sodium hydroxide extracting polysaccharides from Tremella fuciforrnis Berk fermentation products. Methods: The antioxidant reaction of the four polysaccharides was studied by three experiments: inhibiting red cells hemolysis by H2O2, eliminating superoxide anion free radical (O2^-·) and scavenging hydroxyl free radicals(·OH). Results: The inhibiting ratio of TFFB-A, TFFB-B, TFFB-C, TFFB-D for red cells hemolysis are 21.4, 31.2, 28.5 and 25.6% respectively; the eliminating ratio for O2^-· are 21.4 %, 28.4 %, 36.6 96, 53.096 respectively; They can also scaveng hydroxyl free radicals(·OH), the consistence of eliminating 50% of all free radicals(EC50)are 233.6, 603, 191 and 195mg/L respectively. Conclusion: The all four polysaccharides from Tremella faciformis Berk fermentation products have a certain capability of antioxidation.
