摘要
目的以白血病多药耐药细胞系K562/A02为对象,观察当归能否逆转其对阿霉素的耐药性。方法采用MTT法观察当归药和血清对阿霉素细胞抑制率的影响(IC50)。结果经MTT法发现当归药物血清能增加K562/A02对阿霉素的敏感性,使阿霉素半数抑制浓度(IC50)由14.9mg/L,降至9.17mg/L,部分逆转了K562/02对阿霉素耐药性,逆转倍数为1.63倍。而当归对K562/S敏感细胞系无上述作用。结论当归能部分逆转K562/A02细胞对阿霉素的耐药性。
Objective: To study effective affect Radix Angelic^e sinensis as MDR reversing agent. Method: To test the Changes of adriamycin (ADM) 'S IC50 in human leukemia multidrug resistance cell line K562/A02 by MTT assay. Result: The drug-resistance of the MDR cell line could be party reversed by Radix Angelicae sineusis. Conclusion: Radix Angelicae sinensis can partly reverse multidrug resistance in leukemia.
