含分层损伤复合材料加筋板动力响应分析接触效应 被引量:2

摘要 基于考虑一阶剪切效应的复合材料层合板单元和层合梁单元,提出了含嵌入圆形分层损伤的复合材料加筋板非线性动力响应有限元分析方法,其中包括采用A dam s应变能法与R ay le igh阻尼模型相结合的方法,构造了相应的阻尼阵列式;建立了一种H ertz型非线性动力接触界面单元模型,有效地解决了含分层损伤的复合材料加筋板,在进行动力响应分析时,低阶模态中在分层处出现的上、下子板不合理的嵌入现象;提出了含损伤结构的动力响应的精细积分法.在上述分析模型和方法的基础上,通过对典型数例的分析和讨论表明,在含分层损伤加筋层合板动力响应分析时,必须考虑分层子板间真实的接触状态. Based on the composite laminated plate and beam element considering the first-order shear effect, a finite element method for study of the dynamic response of the stiffened composite plates containing a circular imbedded delamination is presented. A damping model on the basis of Rayleigh damping model in conjunction with Adams' model strain energy (MSE) method is constituted, and the Hertz nonlinear dynamic contact model is also constructed to avoid the overlap and penetration phenomena between the upper and lower sub-laminates at the delaminated region. A numerical analysis of dynamic response for the damaged stiffened composite plates is carried out by using a precise time-integration method. Some numerical examples have shown the nonlinear contact effects which affect the characteristics of dynamic response for damaged stiffened composite plates significantly. The method and conclusions would be useful for composite structure designers.
