摘要
异丙醇铝是醇盐水解工艺制备铝酸盐系发光材料和高纯超细氧化铝粉体的重要前驱物.铁是影响其使用性能的关键杂质.为了证实是否可以通过在制备异丙醇铝过程中加入一种螯合剂,使其与铝中的铁杂质反应生成高沸点化合物,通过减压蒸馏将其除去来制备无铁异丙醇铝,研究了螯合剂种类和加入量对除铁效果的影响.实验结果表明:一种含N/O功能基的螯合剂ON 1具有强的除铁功能,在m(ON 1)∶m(A l)为1∶160时,馏出物中有80%馏分的铁质量分数低于10×1-0 6,能够满足长余辉发光材料的制备要求.
Aluminium isopropoxide [Al(OC3H7)3] is the important precursor in preparing nano alumina and aluminate luminous materials with the hydrolysis techniques of metal alkoxide. Fe is the key impurity that affects performance of aluminium isopropoxide. With the aim to illustrate whether an iron-free aluminium isopropoxide can be obtained by forming the high boiling point organic compound of the iron-impurity in aluminium alkoxide by chelate that underwent a vacuum distillation after the reaction, several chelate organic ligands have been selected and studied. The effect of chelate ligand on Fe removal efficiency was studied. The experimental results reveal that ON1, an N/O-containing organic ligand, has a good effect on removing trace Fe impurity in the aluminium isopropoxide. 80% of the total product gives a high purity value with Fe-content being less than 10 × 10^-6(w(Fe)) when mass ration of ON1 and Al is 1 : 160.
