关于现行教育中解制问题的几点思考

Some Problems on Deregulation of Present Education in China

我国学校的解制问题是教育体制改革的核心内容。由于长期受计划经济的影响,我国教育在管理体制上存在着许多不适应新形势要求的方面,如学校的性质、学校的地位、学校的办学自主权和学校教育资源配置等。这就需要根据现实要求实行解制,使学校教育健康发展。

The problem on deregulation of school is the key to reform education system. The administrative system of Chinese education has not been fit the needs of new situation because it has been influenced by the planning economy for a long time. We need to deregulate in character, degree, self-determination of school and deploying wealth of national education. This paper analyses the reasons of deregulation in the field of education from four aspects mentioned above. It also points out some methods of deregulation. They can be used in making policies of education for reference.
