摘要
食品安全问题是新世纪我国社会发展面临的重要问题之一。阐述食品安全的内涵、问题由来以及提高食品安全性的重要意义,并指出从国家和个人两个角度解决食品安全问题的对策。
Food safety is one of the big challenges for China＇s development in the new century. This paper discusses a number of issues including the meaning of food safety, several factors influencing food safety, the importance of developing safe food and the control systems（public and private）.
