单肺移植术治疗终末期肺纤维化

Treatment of end stage pulmonary fibrosis bysingle lung transplanta tion

目的报告山东省首例单肺移植术治疗终末期肺纤维化。方法对32岁终未期肺纤维化患者在全麻下行同种异体右全肺移植术,术后给予三联免疫抑制剂。结果术后肺功能恢复良好。术后24d出现急性、重症呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS),经全力救治转危为安,现在康复治疗中。结论单肺移植是治疗终末期肺纤维化的有效方法。

Objective： To report a case of single lung transplantation in therapy of end-stage pulmonary fibrosis. Methods：A male patient with end-stage pulmonary fibrosis, 32 years old,suffering from dyspnea for 8 years which aggravatting progressively for 2 years. A right lung transplantation was performed. Immunosuppressivemedications was prescribed after the operation. Results： The lung function greatly improved after the operation. A severe ARDS occurred 24 days after the transplantation. With the great effort ,the patient come back safely from danger and in convalescing. Conclusion ：Single lung transplantaion is an effective method in therapy of end-stage pulmonary fibrosis.
