摘要
我国许多企业存在侵犯劳工权益问题,民工的工资公平感普遍很低。根据西方学术界的研究成果,不仅工资分配结果和分配过程会影响员工的公平感,而且管理人员对待员工的态度、信息交流也会极大地影响员工的工资公平感,进而影响他们的工作态度与工作行为。企业提高民工工资公平感要根据民工的特点,从保障民工权益、善待民工入手。
Since many farmer workers' rights are invaded by the employers, that they have very low pay fairness. According to the western academic researches, the author argues that the process and outcome of the compensation decision, as well as the interpersonal interaction and information communication affect employees perceived pay fairness. To improve farmer worker perceived pay fairness, the employers must ensure their interests and treat them considerately.
