At present, protecting intellectual properties has become an important strategy of promoting economic and technological development in developed countries. Against this new background, it is essential to establish a sound system of intellectual property protection if Beijing wants to be the first to enter the era of knowledge economy. This paper analyzes the problems of Beijing＇ s intellectual property protection and puts forward some countermeasures of strengthening intellectual property protection.
