关于非洲国家发展中若干客观制约因素的思考

Reflections on a Number of Objective Restraining Factors in the Development Process of African Countries

非洲国家在独立后的发展进程中,遭遇了若干制约因素,其中包括历史因素、政治因素和经济因素。这些制约因素对非洲国家的发展产生了程度不同的负面作用,从某种角度讲,这种负面作用在特定的时期还表现得十分强烈。因此,上述制约因素不但是非洲国家独立后发展缓慢的重要原因,也是非洲国家今后必须注意的问题。

Since they won their independence, African countries have met with a number of restraining factors in their development process. Among them are factors of history, politics and economy. These factors have exerted varying negative effects on the development of African countries. In a certain sense, these negative effects have proved to be very strong in particular periods. These restraining factors are the major reasons why the African countries have developed slowly. They are also problems African countries must pay close attention to in the future.
