摘要
通过稀土高铬镍多元合金高温耐磨钢在氧化铝气态悬浮焙烧炉CO1、CO2冷却旋风中心筒上的应用试验,表明该材料具有高耐磨性,高热强性,高抗氧化性的优点,是目前氧化铝气态焙烧炉CO1、CO2冷却旋风中心筒较为理想的使用材料。用其取代现用的不锈钢材质,可以有效提高CO1、CO2冷却旋风中心筒的使用寿命,降低检修费用,减少职工劳动强度。
After the application test of rare earth high chromium and nickel alloy high temperature abrasion proof steel in central cylinder of cyclong CO1 and CO2 of alumina gas suspension calciner, it shows the advantages of high resistance to abrasion, heat and oxidation, being the ideal material to substitute the stainless steel. It will improve the service life and maintenance cost of central cylinder of cyclone CO1 and CO2 as well as the labor intensity.
