高效液相色谱法测定右旋布洛芬片含量 被引量：5

摘要 目的:建立右旋布洛芬片剂的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱Eurospher-100C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲溶液pH5.0(3∶7),流速1.0ml/min,检测波长263nm,柱温室温。结果:右旋布洛芬在40.16～1004.00μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,回收率99.8%,RSD=0.48%,精密度RSD=1.25%,重现性(n=7)RSD=0.63%。结论:方法专属性强,简便,重现好,结果准确可靠,完全适合右旋布洛芬片剂的含量测定。
