大口径自行火炮总体设计中几个参数问题

摘要 根据某自行火炮结构特点和分析要求,把一些元件简化成刚体,一些元件简化成弹簧,用有限多个质量、转动惯量、弹簧和阻尼形成一个离散的参数系统,因此得到一个系统的简化模型.通过模型的讨论,运用机械结构动力学的理论,去分析火炮总体参数中的Le、Ld值,起落部分的刚度系数k,以及弹丸的质量偏心和身管的制造误差对火炮发射瞬间的炮口扰动的影响,从中给出了影响炮口扰动的因素的定量分析,为解决工程实际问题提供了一定的理论依据. According to the features of a howitzer, some components is considered as rigid bodies and some as springs, a discrete parameter system is built by mass, rotary inertia, springs and buffering, so a simplified model is established. By combining the model and the dynamics, the affections to the disturbance of the muzzle are studied about the value of Lc and La, the stiffness coefficient, mass decentration of the projectile and the manufacturing errors of the tube axial lead. Some quantitative results are acquired, which can be a guide to the active engineering process.
