摘要
畜禽废弃物的基质化处理试验采用木屑、茶渣和药渣为调理剂,分别配合0、20%、30%、40%质量比的猪粪,进行有机基质的腐熟对照实验.在整个腐熟周期,各组堆料的主要理化指标(堆温、pH值、电导率(EC)、有机质、全碳(TC)、全氮(TN)、全磷(TP)和总孔隙率等)随堆制时间呈现一定的变化规律.综合堆料的堆温变化、发酵周期和设施无土栽培对有机基质的理化指标要求,30%猪粪含量的腐熟后的有机基质,其理化性质比较适合作物栽培,腐熟周期适于工厂化生产.
Wood shavings, tea and herb residue are mixed with different mass percent of swine manure, namely0, 20%, 30% and 40%, as contrasting groups of the composting experiment for production of organic substrates. Composting temperature, water content, pH electrical conductivity (EC), total carbon (TC), total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP) and overall porosity were measured. Results showed that 30% swine manure are most appropriate so far as the effect on composting temperature, composting duration and physical chemistry indexes of soilless planting substrate are considered.
