摘要
砷是一种广泛分布于自然界的微量元素.砷过量会影响工农业产品的质量,危害人类健康甚至致癌.选择适当、简便、可靠的测定方法是现代痕量分析技术取得重大发展的必要条件.综述了近年来痕量砷的测定方法,主要包括分光光度法、原子吸收光谱法、原子荧光法、电化学方法、X-射线荧光法、电感耦合等离子体质谱法等,并展望了联用技术在砷形态的分离和测定的应用前景.
Arsenic, a kind of microelement, is widespread in nature. Excessive arsenicals have bad effects on products and human health and are highly carcinogenic following chronic exposure. To choose a properly, simply and accurately analytical method is so important. The recent development of the analysis of trace arsenic is reviewed, including spectrophotography, atomic-absorption spectrometry, article prospects the combined techniques in atomic-fluorescence spectrometry and electro-chemical determination.
