摘要
采用自制纳米级TiO2基催化剂,用纯氧作氧化剂,在密闭系统中对液体石蜡催化氧化制取脂肪酸的反应进行了研究,考察了激发温度、反应温度、反应时间、氧气流量等工艺条件的影响.实验结果表明,在催化剂用量为原料石蜡质量的1%、激发温度150~180℃、反应温度140~160℃、氧气流量0.04 m3/(h·kg)的条件下,一次反应后氧化石蜡的总收率平均大于100%,经4次纯氧氧化后,C5~C13脂肪酸的总收率可达58.2%,另外有附加溶剂产出,收率为7.7%.该方法尾气排放量小,基本上解决了环境污染问题,具有较好的工业应用前景.
Oxidation of liquid paraffin with pure oxygen to synthesize fatty acid on self - made nano - TiO2 catalyst in a closed discontinuous batch system was studied. Effects of some reaction conditions including initiation temperature, reaction temperature, reaction time and oxygen flow on reaction were investigated. Average yield of oxidized wax was more than 100% after first oxidation under initiation temperature 150-180 ℃ ,reaction temperature 140-160 ℃ ,oxygen flow 0.04 m^3/(h · kg),and catalyst dosage mass fraction 1% of feedstock. After four times of oxidation ,total yield of C5-C13 acid reached 58.2% ,yield of solvent product was 7.7% and off- gas discharge amount was little. The technology might solve environment pollution problem. Its industrial application prospect seems to be bright.
