摘要
适宜运动只会引起运动心脏的产生,对心肌细胞凋亡的影响不大;过度训练和力竭运动都导致心肌细胞凋亡的增加。Bcl-2、Bax、Fas和p53等都可能参与了运动性心肌细胞凋亡的调控,另外,Ca2+、氧自由基、CytC可能是诱导心肌细胞凋亡的机制之一。
Moderate intensive training can only make heart become athletic heart, but does not show a predominant affection to myocardial apoptosis, Both overtraining and exhaustive exercise can cause the increase of myocardial apoptosis. Bcl - 2, Bax, Fas and p53 is possibly determined the changes and development of myocardial apoptosis, also Ca^2+ , free radials, CytC can be one of the mechanisms during myocardial apoptosis.
