摘要
目的探讨梅尼埃病内淋巴囊分流术治疗效果。方法对确诊的12例梅尼埃病患者,应用内淋巴囊分流术治疗,并对治疗前后疗效进行比较。结果根据梅尼埃病诊断依据和疗效分级标准,眩晕控制者9例(75%),听力改善15～30dB者5例(42%)。结论对药物治疗无效,患耳尚有听力,眩晕发作频繁的梅尼埃病患者,可选用内淋巴囊分流术。
Objective To explore the treatment effect of Meniere＇s disease operated with endolymphatic sac shunt. Methods 12 patients with Meniere＇s disease were operated with endolymphatic sac shunt. The comparision was made between preoperation and postoperation. Results Endolymphatic sac shunt successfully relieved vertigo in 9 patients （75%）, and 5 aptients hearing tended to stabilize （42%）. Conclusion Theendolymphatic sac shunt is a way for Meniere＇s disease.
