Hepatosplenic Gammadelta T-cell Lymphoma: a Case Report and Review of the Literature

目的:探讨肝脾γδT细胞淋巴瘤的临床特征。方法:将我们诊疗的1例肝脾γδT细胞淋巴瘤结合相关文献进行分析。结果:此例肝脾γδT细胞淋巴瘤较为典型。结论:肝脾γδT细胞淋巴瘤是临床上少见的淋巴瘤类型,应注意诊断和鉴别诊断。

Objective：To explore the clinical characteristics of hepatosplenic gammadelta T-cell lymphoma （HSTCL）. Methods ：One case of HSTCL was reported and the related literature was reviewed. Results ：This case was a typical HSTCL. Conclusions：HSTCL is a rare kind of lymphoma, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease should be paid much attention to.
