摘要 目的:探讨应用二氧化碳(CO2)血管造影对血液透析血管通路功能评估的临床价值。方法:使用TOSHIBAInfinix Vc-i旋转DSA机,对10例慢性肾衰竭经桡动脉-头静脉内瘘进行血液透析的患者进行CO2静脉造影。造影前后记录患者尿量,测定残余肾小球滤过率(GFR)。结果:所有患者均顺利安全地完成检查,内瘘功能良好的3例患者头静脉均显示粗大清晰;内瘘功能不良的7例患者头静脉均有异常显示;所有上臂段头静脉以及腋静脉、锁骨下静脉均较清晰显示。造影过程中无严重不良反应,7例存在100ml/d以上尿量的患者造影后尿量及残余GFR与造影前相比无统计学差异。结论:CO2造影敏感、方便、价廉、无毒性,适用于血透患者血管通路的功能评价。 Objective:To investigate the value of CO2 angiography in function evaluation of dialysis access, Methods. Using a Toshiba DSA unit, CO2 angiography was undertaken in 10 patients with chronic renal failure through native arteriaovenous fistulas for hemodialysis. The urine volume and remaining GFR were measttred before and after the examination, Results:All patients bad a safe examination. A significant draining vein was revealed in 3 cases with good clinical ftmction. And the abnormalities were revealed in 7 cases with malfunction. All of the draining veins above the elbow were clearly visualized. Conclusion:CO2 angicgraphy is safe, cheap, and efficacy for dialysis access surveillance.
