On law and the building of the harmonious society

和谐的思想在法学语境中被称之为秩序。和谐的实现过程及其难点,实际上是如何妥善安排处理好国家权力与个人权利两者之间的关系,寻找它们之间的最佳平衡点。只有生活在一种公正合理的规则里,促进社会的和谐发展才有可能;和谐发展的理论也只有在具体的有规则的社会实践中才能是改造世界的指南。

Harmonious view is termed as order in the legal context. The key point of building a harmonious society is to adjust the relationship between the power of state and individual rights and to find the bahnce between them. Ordy with just and fair rules can the society develop harmoniously. The theory of harmonious development will be the guideline for changing the world ordy when it is applied in the concrete and regulated social practice.
