通过高校后勤企业运行现状的实证调查分析,以定量分析结论为依据,阐述了高校后勤企业所面临的管理体制、运行机制、产权制度等方面的问题,并探究了解决的途径,提出高校后勤企业要走可持续发展之路的战略目标。

Based the analysis and investigation of the present operation situation of the rear-service industry of higher education,this paper expounds the problems such as the management of personnel, management system, pattern and mechanism, property in rear-service industry of higher-education. It looks into the way and points out that strategic object is sustainable development for rear-service industry as well.
