摘要
市场经济条件下,科技期刊尤其是技术类刊物走向市场已是必然趋势。科技期刊的市场主体是读者,科技期刊定位的关键在于明确自身的读者群体及其信息需求。本文针对高校主办的技术类期刊的社会存在基础,论述了树立和实现科技期刊读者观的必要性,提出了面向读者办刊的具体措施。
Under the condition of market economy, sci-tech periodicals, especially the periodicals run by universities,are sure to face market. The corpus of sci-tech periodicals is readers. The key fixed position is to be clear about readers and their information demands. In view of the social foundation of sci-tech periodicals run by universities,this article discusses the necessity for sci-tech periodicals to establish and realize readers' concept, and puts forwards concrete measures to run periodicals to meet the needs of readers.
