健康水循环与水资源可持续利用

On the healthy water cycle and sustainable water utilization

我国水资源供需矛盾十分突出,水资源短缺已成为我国许多地区发展的限制性因素。本文基于水自然循环、社会循环的机理及其相互关系,引出健康水循环的概念,从而提出建立健康水循环,实现我国水资源可持续利用应采取的具体措施。

Water resource is urgent in China, and China is one of the thirteen countries that are lack of water. At the same time, another serious problem is water pollution, water supply is not enough for water demand, and water shortage is a major factor that impacts development in many areas of our country. So building healthy water cycle and recovering healthy water quality is an essential issue for water sustainable utilization and human being＇s agelong development. This paper put forward the concept of healthy water cycle based on the principles of water natural and social cycle and their interrelation, and also gave some detail methods for achieveing water sustainable utilization in China.
