摘要 综述了 LaB_6单晶体的国内外研究现状及进展。分别对铝熔剂法、气相沉积法、熔盐电解法、区域熔化法等几种主要的 LaB_6单晶体制备方法的特点进行了简要的总结和分析。在4种主要的制备方法中,区域熔化法生产效率高,适于制备大尺寸 LaB_6单晶阴极,且制备的 LaB_6单晶体纯度高、质量高。 The research status and development of LaB6 single crystal at home and abroad are reviewed in this paper. The characteristics of four main preparation methods are briefly summarized and analyzed, including Al-flux method, vapor deposition method, molten salt electrolysis method and zone melting method. Among these four methods, the efficiency of zone melting method is highest, by which bulk LaB6 single crystal with high purity and quality can be fabricated.
