摘要 对铬酸盐使用的严格限制促使人们探寻航空用铝合金环境友好防腐保护方法,它们分别是低温阳离子气相沉积、Sol-gel、陶瓷聚合物涂层、各种无机或有机缓蚀剂和双螺旋结构的导电聚合物,其中最有效的工艺方法是Sol-gel 自组装有机-无机纳米颗粒涂层技术。综述了这些方面的研究工作。 As regulations became increasingly stricter with using chromate environmentally benign corrosion protection methods for aerospace aluminum alloys have to be explored and researched. They are respectively low temperature cationic plasma deposition, sol-gel and creamer coatings, various inorganic and organic corrosion inhibitors and conducting polymers including some based on double helical structures. Now a sol-gel self-assembled organic-inorganic hybrid nanometer-composite coatings process technology conversion coatings of corrosion protection for aerospace article. can provide one kind of most efficient approach to forming aluminum. The researchs on these methods are viewed in the article.
