The cross-subjects' models and the conditions to promote their development

摘要 通过学科交叉的组织管理研究,初步总结出学科交叉的模式可分为交流型、方法型、项目型和平台型。学科交叉必须注重四个结合,即:与国家目标和市场需求、学科建设、研究基础及人才队伍相结合。要保证学科交叉的良性发展,必须具备转变现有观念、制定倾斜政策、营造宽松环境、联合培养研究生、广泛开展学术交流、并提供必要的资源等条件。 Through study and supervising the cross- subjects, it has been primarily concluded that the cross - subjects models can be divided into four types- the interconununicating type, the methodological type, the project type and the integrative type. Attention must be paid to the cross - subjects in combination with the national scientific goal, with the economic market need, with the specialty development, and with the existing research base and research team. The following conditions must be fulfilled to ensure benign development of cross- subjects: 1 )to abandon any opinion ctnnbering cross- subjects' development, 2) to work out favored policy, 3)to create easy envirorunent, 4)to train the postgraduates in the multi- specialty basis, 5) to carry out extensive academic activity and 6)to provide necessary resources.
