摘要
通过对中老年健身气功.八段锦练习者75天练习前后身体形态和生理机能各项指标变化的研究,结果表明:练习健身气功.八段锦能明显提高中老年人上肢和下肢力量素质、明显改善呼吸系统机能、提高中老年人关节灵活性、平衡能力和神经系统灵活性。
This paper explores the changes of figure and physical function indicators before and after 75-day exercises of fitness Qigong? BaDuanJin among the middle-aged and aged people. The results indicated that after participation in BaDuanJin exercises, the strength of the middle-aged and aged people are much higher than before, the function of the respiratory system is highly improved than before; The joint flexibility the balance ability and the agility of the nervous system is also improved.
