最小有效锻炼方式控制2型糖尿病患者血糖有效性研究 被引量:9

摘要 对2型糖尿病患者15人进行了为期五周的最小有效锻炼方式对血糖影响的研究,本试验所设计的运动处方没有对实验组受试者实验前后的血脂水平产生明显影响,体脂率水平没有发生显著性改变。由此可以看到糖尿病患者最小有效锻炼方式可以明显减少患者的运动时间而又不影响其控制空腹血糖的效果,其对糖尿病患者高密度脂蛋白、总胆固醇、极低密地脂蛋白和体脂率方面不会带来不良影响。 This paper conducted the effects of five-week minimal effective exercise on Type 2 diabetes patients.this experiment had no influence on the blood grease level. The blood grease level had no significant differences before and after the experiment. It is found that the five-week minimal effective exercise can reduce the sport time of patients and have no influence on the controlling of their blood glucose level, the level of high-density lipoprotein, general eholesterin, and the ratio of bodily grease level.
