有氧健身操对肥胖女大学生脂代谢及相关激素的影响 被引量:30

Research on Effects of Aerobic Calisthencis on the Lipid Metabolism and Relative Hormone among Obese Female College Students

摘要 为了探讨有氧健身操对肥胖女大学生脂代谢及相关激素的影响及其产生的机制,将24名肥胖女大学生随机分为均等的实验组(16周有氧健身锻炼)和对照组,观察与测定16周有氧健身操锻炼前后身体成分、各时相血脂水平、血胰岛素和皮质醇的变化,结果显示:肥胖女大学生16周有氧健身操锻炼后体重、体重指数、体脂百分比显著性下降;血脂成分改变即TG、TC、LDL含量显著性下降,HDL含量显著升高;血胰岛素水平显著性下降,皮质醇含量显著性上升。研究提示:长期系统的有氧健身操锻炼能使肥胖女大学生体脂减少、瘦体重增加,身体成分趋于合理化;血脂成分改变,血脂中各成分的比例更有利于健康;调整内分泌功能。 In order to explore effects of aerobic calisthenics on lipid metabolism and relative hormone and its mechanism of obese female college students, this study conducted an experiment study in a sample of 24 obese female college students. The college students were equally grouped into experiment group and control group. After 16- week aerobic calisthenics, the body composition, the level of blood fat, INS and COR of obese female college students were observed and measured. The results indicated that the obese female students' weight, BMI, percentage of body fat decent a lot; 2. TG, TC, and LDL descended significantly, but I-IDL raised; the level of Ins descents greatly while cor raised remarkably. It is found that long-term Aerobic Calisthenics can reduce their fat, raise their LBM and rationalize their body composition , and change the blood fat composition, the percentage of which benefits their bodies, and meanwhile, it can adjust the function of incretion.
