从睾酮代谢及调节角度对目前外周血液睾酮检测方法及存在问题进行了剖析,分析了睾酮检测的影响因素,提出了实施检测的注意事项,为正确分析外周血睾酮对不同运动产生相异反应及建立统一敏感的睾酮检测方法提供参考。

This paper conducted a profound and extensive analysis on the measurements of peripheral blood testosterone and the existing problems in the perspective of testosterone metabolism. The influencing factors in relation to the measurements of peripheral blood testosterone were analyzed and several necessary proceedings in testing were given, in order to provide scientific references for the correction analysis of the effects of peripheral blood testosterone on different sport events and the establishment of the unified sensitive measurement of blood testosterone.
