对影响我国艺术体操运动员器械技术主要因素的探讨

Research on the Main Factors of Apparatus Technique of Chinese Eurythmics Athletes

艺术体操属技能类表现难美性的运动项目,其复杂多变的器械动作与身体动作紧密结合已成为艺术体操区别于其他体育项目的显著特征,然而我国运动员的器械技术与世界高水平运动员还存在一定的差距。通过文献资料和问卷调查等方法,对影响我国艺术体操运动员器械技术主要因素进行探讨。研究表明器械技术训练缺乏科学化、系统化;片面的训练指导思想;基本技术训练不规范等问题是影响我国艺术体操运动员器械技术的主要因素。

Eurythmics is a sport event which demonstrates the combination of difficulty and beautifulness. When compared with other sport events, eurythmics is unique for its complex and versatile apparatus movements which are closely linked with the body. However, with respect to apparatus technique, there exists a gap between Chinese and world- level famous eurythmics athletes. Based on documentary analysis and questionnaire investigation, this paper analyzed the main factors, which influence the apparatus technique of Chinese eurythmics athletes. The results indicate that the main relevant factors include the training of apparatus technique is less scientific and systematic; the guiding ideas of training is singular; lack of standard fundamental technique training.
