Analysis on Wang Hao's Declining Achievements in Table Tennis Competition

通过对王皓参加2002年埃及公开赛对萨姆索诺夫2、003年世界杯对柳承敏2、004年雅典奥运会对柳承敏、2005年第48届世乒赛对梅兹四场比赛的技术指标及得分手段得分与失分情况的比较分析,找出其比赛成绩下滑的原因,即:王皓三段实力评估从二优一良降至一良二不及格,其中相持段实力下降最为显著;发球直接得分能力、正手抢攻、直拍横打、挑、撇、摆短、搓长质量呈现不同程度的下降趋势,正手抢攻质量下降最为显著。

Based on the comparative analysis of Wang Hao＇s four high-level matches from 2002 to 2005, including the one against Sam Sonof in 2002 Egypt Open Competition, the one against Liu Cheng Ming in 2003 World Cup, the one against Liu Cheng Ming in 2004 Athens Olympic Games, the one against Maze in the 2005 48＇ World Table Tennis Championships, with specific attention on technical indicators and score or lose section, this study aims to explore reasons which lead to Wang Hao＇ s declining achievements. The results indicate that Wang Hao＇ s three strength evaluation from 2 excellent 1 good drop to one good and 2 fail, and the strength within stalemate sections among them was dropped most remarkable： several technical indicators tend to be decreasing, including direct ability to score, forehand attack to vie for, pen-hold grip send, choose, throw, put short robbing with the hands with long quality. In partictdar, the quality of the forehand attacking drops remarkably.
