苯并噻二唑标样的制备及Bion 50% WG含量分析 被引量:4

摘要 从Bion 50%WG中提取有效成分制备了苯并噻二唑(BTH)标样,其结构经1H NMR谱I、R、元素分析和HPLC/MS的确证.利用制备的标样建立了Bion 50%WG的HPLC分析方法,用250 mm×4.6 mm不锈钢ODS 5μm球型硅胶填料色谱柱,甲醇(含0.6%的冰醋酸)/水(含0.6%的冰醋酸)=85/15(V/V)为流动相,1.0 mL.min-1的流速和254 nm的检测波长能较好地分离BTH与样本中的杂质.方法的平均添加回收率为99.91%,Bion 50%WG的平均含量为49.47%,变异系数为0.30%,线性相关系数平方(r2)为0.999 0. The analytical standard of benzothiadiazole (BTH) is prepared from Bion 50% WG, and its structure is determined by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, IR and HPLC/MS. The method of HPLC analysis of Bion 50% WG is established by the prepared standard. Under the condition of 250 mm×4.6 mm stainless ODS 5μm coltmm, 1.0 nL·min ^-1 of methanol ( containing 0.6 % of CH3COOH ) / water ( containing 0.6% of CH3COOH) as mobile phase, 254 nm UV as determination wave length, BTH can be separated from impurity in Bion 50% WG effectively. The average recovery and coefficient of variation of this method are 99.91% and 0.30% respectively, the sqtrare of linear correlation coefficient r^2 is 0.999 0, the average concentration of Bion 50% WG is 49.47%.
