摘要
竞争情报工作属于一种无形的知识与智力资产,服务于决策部门,不产生直接的经济效益,因此该工作的顺利执行离不开业绩评价。本文将平衡计分卡的业绩评价方法引入竞争情报工作,分别从财务、客户、技术、业务流程、职员5个层面探讨了竞争情报工作的业绩评价指标,并讨论了该方法与企业竞争战略的关系。
In a company the competitive intelligence work is a kind of invisible knowledge and intelligence assets. It serves the decision-making department, and does not produce the economic benefits directly, so the work cannot smoothly executed without the achievement assessment. This article introduces a method called balanced scorecard and uses it to evaluate competitive intelligence work. Balanced scorecard assesses CI work from five aspects: fmance, customer, technology, business procedure and personnel. It also discusses the relationship between this method and enterprise' s competitive strategy.
