摘要
企业信息消费的满意度可以从多个角度和方面进行研究,本文是以企业的运作过程为主线,依次对企业的学习信息消费满意度、科研信息消费满意度、生产信息消费满意度、销售信息消费满意度、管理信息消费满意度进行层次分析,这一过程也是企业逐步提升其信息消费水平的过程,对这一过程的每一方面满意度进行研究,为后面指标的建立提过了框架。该部分所提出的评价方法、评价的内容以及评价应该注意的问题为评价企业信息消费满意度提供了指导性的建议。
The satisfaction of enterprise's information consumption can be studied from a lot of angles and respects. This thesis takes operation course of enterprises as the thread, analyses satisfaction of studying information consumption, scientific research information consumption, productive information consumption, marketing information consumption and managing information consumption in enterprises. This course is the course that enterprises promote their level of information consumption progressively too. The research of every respect will build frame of satisfaction index. This part of appraisal methods, content and question that appraisal should notice offers the guiding suggestion for appraising enterprise's information consumption satisfaction.
