摘要
本文通过描述服务创新和信息与通信技术(ICT)聚合的概念,在详细分析中国ICT聚合现状的基础上,阐述了中国知识型服务业(KIBS)的服务创新对信息与通信技术聚合的影响,并提出了一些建议和对策,以此引导中国知识型服务业和信息与通信技术聚合的进一步发展。
This paper first describes the conception of service innovation and ICT cluster.
