摘要
体育明星具有公众人物的身份特征,因此其隐私权保护也具有明显的差异性,其隐私权具有受公共利益和新闻自由权限制的特征。对体育明星的训练作风、比赛风格和成绩的情况以及私生活中的不良嗜好和违法犯罪行为媒体有权加以曝光。也探讨了体育明星死后的隐私保护问题、网络侵权问题和侵犯隐私权与侵犯名誉权的重叠问题。
Sports star has the characteristic of public person and its protection of right to privacy has obviously difference. Its＇privacy right has the characteristics of limit to public benefit and news freedom. Medium has the right to report sports star＇s training style, competition manner, competition achievement, bad hobby and delict in private life. This paper also discusses the problems of protection of sports star when they are died, web tortious, superposition of infringe privacy right and infringe reputation right.
