摘要
体育是以对抗性运动对人进行的体质教育,学校体育课应从运动对抗性出发,进行竞争性教学,并结合挫折教育理论,进行挫折教育,以培养大学生良好的意志品质,使学生在个性上逐步走向成熟健康稳定。
P.E. teaching is corporeity education based on antagonism movement. P.E. lessons should begin from antagonism movement and carry on competitive teaching. Carries on frustration-education by combining frustrate education theory will benefit to promote students'characteristics mature and stability.
