Some Problems Concerning Peasants' Direct Benefits and Policy Suggestions

通过扎实细致的调查认为,取消农业税后,迫切需要解决与农民切身利益相关的七个问题:教育支出高、医保程度低、财政支农力度不够、农民工进城务工受到不合理限制、低价征地损害农民利益、农民信贷需求难以满足和农民自我服务组织发育缓慢,因而提出了相应的政策建议。

Through careful and well-knit investigating, we find that it is very urgent to solve the following seven problems concerning peasants＇ direct benefit, that are high educational expense, low level medical insurance, inadequacy of national fiscal support, the unreasonable restriction of peasants＇ working in cities, making a requisition of farmers＇ land with low price, being incapable of meeting peasants＇ financing requirements, and the slow development of peasants＇ self-service orga- nizations.As to that,the paper puts forward lots of policy suggestions.
