摘要
针对某厂生产的W-1.8/10型空压机运行中存在的问题,进行了改进设计。通过采用铝制中冷器,将二级气阀由舌簧阀改为网状组合阀,对动平衡系统进行重新设计以达到最佳动平衡,使排气温度降低15℃;容积比能降低5.6%,噪声减小2.02 dB(A),获得了良好的效果。
The optimizition design are made in order to solve problems for the running of model W-1.8/10 air compressor of a factory. A aluminum intercooler is used,the reticulation combination valve is used instead of the reed valve for secondary-stage gas valve, the dynamic balance system is redesigned to obtain optimal dynamic balance. The target of the design is to decrease exhaust gas temperature by 15℃ and decrease specific power by 5.6% and decrease noise by 2.02 dB(A). The result is very satisfactory.
