摘要
应用弹性理论导出了纸机中具有闷头的空心铸铁辊结构的过盈量上下限相对变化与车速的关系式,提出了极限车速的概念与计算方法,从而为过盈量的动态估算提供了量化依据。算例分析结果表明:对高车速纸机而言,设计车速对过盈量许可范围的影响不能忽略。
Based on the theory of elasticity, the variations of lower limit and upper limit of the interference value of a hollow iron roll with the axle sleeve were determined as a function of paper machine speed. The concept and calculation of limit speed were introduced. The method presented in this paper provided a basis for dynamic evaluation of the interference value. The results showed that the effects of design speed on the permissible range of the interference value could not be neglected, especially when the design speed was high.
